Who We Are
Humble Ladies Association LLC was created in 2006 by five former Humble Ladies Yaoundé, Cameroon members. Humble Ladies USA, from its formation, operated under the canopy of the mother group in Yaoundé Cameroon.

Hence, its constitution and bylaws, with the exception of a few adjustments to correspond with the lifestyle here, are tailored in accordance with that of its mother group. Humble Ladies USA has, like every other association, encountered its own share of difficulties. It has overcome challenges due to its resilience and steadfastness embedded in the founding members.
In its 17 years of existence, Humble Ladies USA has had four solid administrations. The current administration is made up of the following executive members;

This executive body is involved with the running of the affairs of the Association. Most decisions are made by the general assembly.
Humble Ladies Association of USA is involved in humanitarian activities with an emphasis on empowering its members and then using that same drive to help less privileged women and kids within our community and, more significantly, in our motherland, Cameroon. With the goal to expand our outreach efforts, the focus of the association in the coming years is geared toward creating autism awareness within our community and, most importantly, in our motherland, Cameroon.
Mission Statement
We support resilient children, thriving families, and vibrant communities through improved access to quality education, healthcare, and family support.
It is, therefore, our goal to assist groups mostly from the motherland Cameroon and our local communities with a focus on helping underprivileged children and families.
We do this by:
- Engaging and supporting families through their local networks;
- Advocating for child well-being by providing gifts and donations and
- Partnering with like-minded organizations through service and support.

Humble Ladies Association of USA (“HL”) envisions global communities that support the well-being of children and families, where they are empowered and uplifted. Our goals are aimed at putting a SMILE on each child’s face by supporting their well-being and future.
